Membership & Gift FAQ
Do I have to get a Full Detail first?
Yes. Memberships are designed to maintain a properly detailed or coated vehicle. You’ll need a Full Detail,
Exterior Enhancement, Coating Prep, or Ceramic Coating done here first so we’re not trying to “express detail” a disaster.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Yes. You can cancel any time before your next billing date. Short pauses are fine, but if the vehicle falls far behind,
we’ll reset it with a one-time service before resuming membership pricing.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
Life happens. We’ll reschedule as soon as the calendar allows. If appointments are repeatedly missed or pushed,
we may need to re-evaluate your tier or reset the vehicle at standard detail pricing.
Can I use a gift certificate toward a membership?
Yes. Gift certificates can be applied toward qualifying services (like a Full Detail) or to cover the first month or two
of a membership. It’s a solid way to “test drive” the membership experience.
Are memberships available for multiple vehicles?
Yes, but each vehicle needs its own membership. If you’re running multiple cars, trucks, or a small business fleet,
reach out and we’ll build something that makes sense without compromising quality.
Do memberships include paint correction or coatings?
No. Correction and coatings are separate, one-time (or multi-day) services. Memberships keep those results looking fresh.
If you’re interested in coatings, we can map out a plan that starts with correction and rolls into a coating plus membership.
