Membership Details (Read This)
I keep this simple and human on purpose, but you should still know how it works.
- Recurring Billing: Card on file, billed automatically every month.
- Recurring Appointments: We set a regular day/time window that fits your life.
- Priority: Members get first shot at prime spots during busy seasons.
- Pause / Cancel: You can pause or cancel with reasonable notice before the next billing cycle.
- Solo-Operated: It’s just me. I’d rather under-book and over-deliver than stack the schedule and rush your car.
Ceramic Coating Maintenance Members
If you’ve had a 5-year or 10-year coating installed, there’s a separate track just for you.
- Coating-safe washes on a schedule that fits your driving.
- Periodic decon and topper to keep hydrophobics alive.
- Discounted inspections and spot-polish work if life happens.
- Plan tailored around your specific coating and use pattern.
When you book your coating, we’ll build your maintenance plan together so you’re not guessing how to keep it performing.
Gift Certificates
Cash is boring. “Your car is going to feel new again” is not. Gift certificates can be bought as dollar amounts or tied to specific services.

Membership & Gift FAQ
Are memberships locked contracts?
No. They’re month-to-month. All I ask is reasonable notice before your next billing date if you want to pause or cancel,
so I’m not holding time on the calendar for a ghost.
Do memberships include severe pet hair or disaster cleanups?
No. Heavy pet hair is still billed at $100/hr. Major spills or biohazards are quoted separately.
Memberships are about maintenance, not hiding war crimes.
How long are gift certificates valid?
Standard is 12 months from purchase. If someone runs a little over because life happened, talk to me –
I’d rather work with real humans than enforce a deadline out of spite.
Can a gift amount be used on any service?
Yes, unless it was sold as a very specific promo package with its own rules. In most cases, it’s just a credit:
they can apply it to whatever makes the most sense for their vehicle.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes. Easiest way is to buy a larger gift certificate and note that it’s intended to cover a certain number of months
of a membership. We’ll set it up when they reach out to schedule.
What if the vehicle is way worse than expected?
We’ll walk the car together before I start. If it clearly needs more work than the plan or gift covers,
I’ll tell you the honest number and you decide if you want to upgrade, split it into phases, or just do the basics.
