out of protection. If a 5- or 10-year coating is a better fit, I’ll tell you – but this 2-year option

The coating is only as good as the prep. This is what happens before, during, and after the bottle gets opened.

  • Thorough Wash: Foam pre-wash, hand wash, wheels, tires, jambs.
  • Chemical Decon: Iron remover / fallout remover where needed.
  • Mechanical Decon: Clay or mitt to remove bonded contaminants.
  • Paint Inspection: Identify problem areas, realistic correction goals.
  • Enhancement Polish: Single-stage machine polish for gloss & clarity.
  • Panel Wipe: Strips oils so the coating can bond properly.
  • 2-Year Ceramic Coating: Applied to painted surfaces.

What’s Not Included (Base Price)

  • No multi-stage paint correction – that’s separate Level 2 / Level 3 correction work.
  • No guarantee of 100% defect removal – we’re focused on light correction and gloss.
  • No full wheel-off coating – wheel faces get light protection only at this level.
  • No full-glass coating by default (available as an add-on).
  • No interior coatings – those are optional upgrades.

What a 2-Year Coating Appointment Looks Like

No mystery coatings here. You’ll know exactly what’s happening to your paint and why.

Step 1

Inspection & Plan

We walk the vehicle, look at the paint in proper light, talk about how you use it, and confirm whether a 2-year coating
is the right move or if 5/10-year or more correction makes more sense.

Step 2

Wash, Decon & Polish

The vehicle gets safely washed, chemically and mechanically decontaminated, then lightly machine polished to boost gloss,
level light defects, and set up a clean surface for bonding.

Step 3

Coating & Aftercare

The 2-year ceramic is applied, leveled, and inspected under proper lighting. Once it’s cured enough, we go over
aftercare so you know exactly how to wash it and what to avoid.

2-Year Coating FAQ

Is a 2-year coating better than wax?

Yes. It chemically bonds to the surface instead of just sitting on top. You get better durability, better
water behavior, and easier washing – especially in coastal weather.

Will this fix all my scratches and swirls?

No. The enhancement polish improves gloss and reduces light defects, but it’s not full correction.
For heavier defects we’ll talk about pairing this with Level 2 or Level 3 paint correction.

How long does the process take?

Plan on a full day for most vehicles. Larger or more neglected vehicles can run longer if they need extra prep or polishing.

Do I need to leave the car overnight?

Often yes, especially in cooler or more humid conditions. The coating needs time to cure before it’s exposed
to heavy moisture or road grime.

What happens when the 2 years are up?

It doesn’t suddenly disappear, it just gradually loses performance. At that point you can re-up with another
2-year coating, or step up into a 5- or 10-year system depending on your plans.

Will this stop rock chips and deep damage?

No coating can do that honestly. It’s great for gloss, ease of cleaning, and chemical/UV resistance – not impact protection.
That’s the job of PPF (paint protection film), which is a separate service.
