Victor — Master Detailer

Victor is the craftsman behind Oregon Coast Premier Detailing. Paint correction, ceramic coatings, and meticulous interior work are his lane. Every vehicle is treated like it belongs in a showroom.

Sara — Office Manager & Shuttle Concierge

Sara is your main point of contact for scheduling, confirmations, shuttle trips, and pickup/drop-off coordination. She’s the one making sure your day stays smooth while Victor is working on your vehicle.

Option 1: Drop-Off + Shuttle Service

You drive in. Sara drives you back.

Drop off your vehicle at the shop, hand over the keys, and hop in with Sara. She’ll shuttle you back home or to your office so you don’t lose your day sitting around.

• When the detail is done, choose shuttle return or your own ride

Included with any package $349+ — or add shuttle service to smaller packages for $25.

Option 2: Full Vehicle Pickup & Delivery

We come to you. You don’t lift a finger.

Either Victor or Sara will pick up your vehicle from your home or office, bring it to our controlled studio for the full detail, and return it once everything is finished.

Available for all services with a minimum booking of $249.

Shuttle Service (Sara)

• Included with any package $349+
• $25 add-on for smaller packages
• Service area: primarily Newport (surrounding areas by approval)

Sara handles your ride so you can get on with your day while Victor handles your vehicle.

Step 1: Book Your Package

Choose your detailing package and select either Shuttle Service or Vehicle Pickup & Delivery during booking. Payment is collected at the time of booking for concierge services.

Step 2: Coordination with Sara

Sara will text or call you to confirm times, pickup windows, addresses, and any special instructions (gate codes, parking, alarms, etc.).

Step 3: We Handle the Rest

Victor completes the detailing work in our studio. Once finished, either Sara shuttles you back or we return the vehicle to your location, depending on the option you booked.

Pickup & Delivery Terms

• Vehicle must be legally registered and insured.
• We perform a photo walk-around before transport for both our protection.
• We use arrival windows (for example, 8:30–10:00am), not exact times.
• Client must provide keys and clear access to the vehicle.

Shuttle Service Terms

• Shuttle is operated by Sara, Office Manager & Shuttle Concierge.
• Primary service area is Newport; outlying areas by approval.
• Shuttle is typically limited to one passenger unless arranged in advance.

Cancellations & Weather

• 48 hours required for concierge cancellations.
• Cancellations under 48 hours may incur a 50% fee.
• Day-of cancellations are subject to the full service fee.
• Severe weather may require adjustments for safety. Sara will communicate any changes.
